I'm starting to get into the the Fall season; I've changed out my Spring and Summer perfumes for Fall and Winter, and wearing darker colors on my nails. I'm not sure I'll be putting away my bright eyeshadow, but we will see ;)
For today I have swatches of an older polish. This is Jungle Fever from Wet n Wild's Halloween 2011 Fast Dry nail polish collection. To me, this is the perfect color to transition from Summer to Fall. Jungle Fever is a smoky, medium forest green with chunky silver shimmer that gives the polish an over all dusty, sage look.
The formula was very lovely too! This was two coats with no topcoat.

Wet n Wild Fergie Nail Polish Cabo Cruise
Today I have another limited edition product from the Fergie Summer collection by Wet n Wild. Cabo Cruise is the first of two nail polishes that I bought. It's a vivid, darkish, yellow toned blue crelly with scattered green flecks. Super pretty! I absolutely love this polish. In these photos I am wearing a basecoat and 2 coats of Cabo Cruise. The formula was lovely, it smoothed easily on and with short nails you could get away with one thick coat. Dry time was a little longer than normal.
Just a warning that my pictures are not color accurate. Cabo Cruise is not neon, but the blue is bright despite being fairly dark, and therefore it doesn't photograph well.

This last photo I tried to color correct as close to how the color looks in person. It's closer than my other swatches, but still not quite yellow toned enough or bright enough.

Wet n Wild Fergie Newport Nights Swatches
A few days ago I found the limited edition Wet n Wild Fergie collection for Summer 2013. I ended up buying both Photo Op eyeshadow palettes and 2 nail polishes. Today I have swatches of the lighter, more neutral eyeshadow palette called Newport Nights. I found the pigmentation the be the same level as the permanent line of Fergie eyeshadows, but the texture is silkier with less fall out.
Descriptions:
The Top Left is a matte cream shade. A more yellow toned, sheerer version of Wet n Wild Brulee.
Top Right is a pale, yellow toned, baby pink with a satin finish and a scattering of subtle, silver shimmers.
Bottom Right is a red toned, medium orange somewhere between a satin and a frosty finish with gold shimmer. Kind of reminds me of terracotta.
Bottom Left is a warm toned, medium violet with the same satin/frost finish and subtle blue shimmer.
The Middle shade is a warm toned, brownish bronze shimmer with gold glitter. There was a little bit of fallout with this shade, but a primer or base will fix that easily.

As usual, I swatched with a patting motion with an ELF eyeshadow brush over Darling Girl Glitter Glue.

Happy BIrthday to me! EOTD
Okay, okay... My Birthday was over a month ago (21st birthday on the 21st! WOOT) But I really like this look so I'm gonna share it! It was done with the Femme Fatale Valentine's Day Collection for 2012.
The pictures are pretty bad, my camera died a while ago and I've been using my phone since then. Usually I think they come out pretty good, I ran out of light though and had to use the flash for these :(

Maybelline In Style Sienna Lipstick!
Never in a million years would I have thought I would wear brown lipstick. With green shimmer no less. But Lord have mercy! I am in love with In Style Sienna from the limited edition Fall Runway collection by Maybelline. I bought In Style Sienna a couple months ago at Walgreens, since then they have sold out of the entire display. CVS on the other hand has a FULL display. So they're still out there if you're on the lookout!
