I'll have a couple of Valentine's Day looks later this week, but in the mean time I have an anti-V Day look! I used Darling Girl Glitter Glue and patted the Wet n Wild trio Three's A Party on top. I finished with Wet n Wild black liquid liner and Maybelline Lots of Lashes mascara.

Wet n Wild To Muse and Carouse Looks Part 2!
Wet n Wild Pop Art collection is inspired by Andy Warhol and the Pop Art
movement he played a leading role in popularizing in the United States
during 1950's-1960's. To Muse And Carouse (I'm guessing) is a reference
to parties held at The Factory.
The shades in this trio were a bit sheer, and I had some trouble blending them together. I would suggest not blending with this trio, rather layer the colors over each other.
For this look I used:
ELF Eyelid Primer
Darling Girl Glitter Glue
Wet n Wild Brulee on browbone
WnW To Muse And Carouse peach shade on inner corner
WnW To Muse And Carouse brown shade on lid
WnW To Muse And Carouse blue shade in crease
Smashbox eyeliner in Bronze Citrine
WnW liquid liner in black
Maybelline Lash Stiletto mascara

Wet n Wild Jungle Fever Halloween 2011
I'm starting to get into the the Fall season; I've changed out my Spring and Summer perfumes for Fall and Winter, and wearing darker colors on my nails. I'm not sure I'll be putting away my bright eyeshadow, but we will see ;)
For today I have swatches of an older polish. This is Jungle Fever from Wet n Wild's Halloween 2011 Fast Dry nail polish collection. To me, this is the perfect color to transition from Summer to Fall. Jungle Fever is a smoky, medium forest green with chunky silver shimmer that gives the polish an over all dusty, sage look.
The formula was very lovely too! This was two coats with no topcoat.

Wet n Wild To Muse And Carouse Trio Look
I did this look quite a while ago when I first bought the Pop Art collection in July. I actually think this was the first look I did using any of the palettes.
Wet n Wild Pop Art collection is inspired by Andy Warhol and the Pop Art movement he played a leading role in popularizing in the United States during 1950's-1960's. To Muse And Carouse (I'm guessing) is a reference to parties held at The Factory.
The shades in this trio were a bit sheer, and I had some trouble blending the blue and brown shades in the outer corner. Otherwise, with a sticky base this trio isn't terrible or hard to work with. I would suggest not blending with this trio, rather layer the colors over each other.
For this look I used:
ELF Eyelid Primer
Darling Girl Glitter Glue
Wet n Wild Brulee on browbone
WnW To Muse And Carouse peach shade on inner corner
WnW To Muse And Carouse blue shade on lid
WnW To Muse And Carouse brown shade in crease

Spoiled by Wet n Wild Distant Memory and Pet My Peacock
Today's mani is two nice coats of Spoiled by Wet n Wild in Distant Memory topped with one coat of Pet My Peacock. Distant Memory has a satin finish, the first two pictures are without topcoat to show the finish. I prefer it with topcoat which makes the pretty delicate shimmer stand out.

Wet n Wild MegaSlicks Lipgloss Swatches
Awhile ago when Walgreens had a .69 cents sale on the Wet n Wild MegaSlicks I picked up 566 Strawberry Ice and 577A Red Sensation. They taste and smell like your basic lipgloss with a touch of sweetness. Strawberry Ice is a frosty light pink that is actually pretty and flattering. Red Sensation is a very sheer red tinted base with rusty red shimmer and sparkles. The sparkles are not gritty. Red Sensation is pretty from far away or on top of another color. The sparseness of the sparkles looks funny in such a sheer base.

Darling Girl Cosmetics Watercolor Paint Pot "American Gothic" look
A very simple, sparkly look featuring Darling Girl cosmetics "American Gothic" Watercolor Paint Pot. The Watercolor Paint Pots (WPP) are super soft, almost whipped like, cream eyeshadows. I've found that using a brush sheers the color, so I like to use a brush to swipe on the first semi-sheer layer and let that set for a minute. Then I apply a second layer by patting the WPP on the eyelid with my finger to build up the opacity. One tip I would recommend is to use a brush to blend out the edges before the final layer sets, that way you won't be left with any harsh edges.
The Darling Girl website says:
The Darling Girl website says:
"Watercolor Paint Pots can be used as a stand alone color or as a base to enhance whatever color you layer over it.Watercolor
Paint Pots have a soft creamy consistency; they are not water proof,
but once set, they are pretty smudge proof. They have almost a
cream-to-powder effect. Simply apply your regular primer. Using a stiff-bristled brush, apply a thick line along the lash line and blend out."
American Gothic: A shimmery, metallic, pink toned beige with pink and purple sparkles/glitter.
Since putting together this post Susan has taken down the listing for American Gothic. There are other really beautiful WPP so I suggest checking them out the WPP section on the DG website.
**This was bought by me BEFORE I became a Darling Girl model for the Pick Of The Week. No discount code was used on this purchase.**
For this look I used:
ELF Eyelid Primer
Wet n Wild "Brulee" on the browbone
DG "American Gothic" on the lid
Maybelline Line Stiletto liquid liner in black
Maybelline Lash Stiletto mascara in black
L'Oreal Bare Natural powder foundation
WnW Silk Finish lipstick "Fuchsia with Blue Pearl"
